The Harvey Carr Interactive Window© utilises touch screen and search technology built into the office window, providing all potential home buyers passing the office with complete choice over how they search for property. No longer will a potential purchaser passing the office be unaware of your property, simply because of window size limitations. No longer will a potential purchaser passing the office make a decision on your property based on two or three two-dimensional photographs and limited advertising text.

Unlike traditional office based agencies, all of our selling home owners can rest assured that their property will be promoted and accessible from the office window at all times.

What is a traditional or ‘static’ office window?

You are probably familiar with the traditional office based approach to property promotion. Potential buyers pass by a real estate office window, take a glance, and if they like what they see, they will on most occasions come into the office for more information. However, this tired approach to real estate promotion is static, reactive, and does not meet the needs of the modern buyer. All of our clients, sellers and buyers, are provided with choice, and are able to receive the best of both worlds.

How many photos are displayed in the Interactive Window©?

Up to nine high resolution photos of your property are able to be displayed in the Harvey Carr Interactive Window©. No longer will potential purchasers passing by the office judge your property solely on two or three two dimensional photos. In addition to the nine high resolution photos, a 3D virtual tour will promote your property, and extensive advertising text (not permitted in traditional window displays) will accompany the promotion of your home.
